WHAT YOU NEED BEFORE YOU START
You need a Viraloo account which is free at viraloo.org with no credit card required, your prize decided and ready to describe, your start and end dates chosen, and optionally your email platform API key ready.
STEP 1: CREATE YOUR FREE ACCOUNT
Visit viraloo.org and click Get Started Free. No credit card is required. Your account is ready in under 30 seconds.
STEP 2: CLICK NEW CAMPAIGN
From your dashboard, click the New Campaign button to open the campaign creation form.
STEP 3: FILL IN YOUR CAMPAIGN DETAILS
Required fields include Campaign Title where being specific works better such as Win 6 Months of Viraloo Pro, Prize Description explaining exactly what the winner receives, Start Date for when entries open, and End Date for when entries close. Optional settings include a campaign image, theme color matching your brand, and a max participant limit to create urgency.
STEP 4: ADD BONUS ENTRY ACTIONS
Click Add Action. Start with a referral action set to 5 points per referral, your most important social follow set to 2 or 3 points, and visit your website set to 1 point.
STEP 5: CONNECT YOUR EMAIL PLATFORM
Go to Settings and connect your email provider using your API key. Select which list to add giveaway participants to automatically.
STEP 6: PUBLISH AND PROMOTE
Click Publish Campaign. Share the URL via email to your existing list, on all social channels, on your website, and in relevant communities. The viral referral loop is now active and every new entrant receives their personal referral link automatically.
